Craig and his team recently sold our house in Windsor Qld 4030
Overall a really professional and pleasent experience that achieved our aims. Craig had exceptional market knowledge because he had worked in our area for some years and had developed a keen sense for presenation and pricing of properties to achieve client expectations. Throughout the sale process he was an outstanding communicator. A keen listener who took our expectations and developed a sales plan that worked. He was in regular contact with us and his no nonsense approach gave us a realistic sense of optimism . He and his team were always positive and energetic toward us. A great team led by a strong leader. Well done. We will certainly recommend you to future clients looking for properies in this area.

Great experience with Craig and his team
We chose Craig due to him understanding our needs the best, market knowledge and believe-ability. During the sale process we were not disappointed. We always knew what was happening, his team arranged everything else for us (staging, gardening etc) which was essential for us. After the sale his team also ensured that it went smoothly, right up to settlement. We were very happy with the price we achieved in a short time period. (Good market conditions help :))

Stress free, calm & professional
I found listing my home of 33 years surprisingly emotional. Craig had sold many homes in my immediate area so I was comfortable i was in good hands. Older suburbs like mine can have challenges like old infrastructure. He is so familiar with the area nothing seemed to be a problem if anything cropped up. He was easy to contact & always listened to whatever i had to say. I found all the team at the office police & efficient. I have NO hesitation in recommending Craig & all the team at McGraths.

Great support and communication
I recently purchased a property through McGrath Wilston and had the pleasure to be assisted by Cayle Blaxland. I found Cayle to be extremely helpful, a very effective communicator and assisted in what was I believe a great outcome for both seller and buyer, with minimal discomfort to either party.
