Not an easy sale, but always a pleasure.
My sale was by no means easy, I had issues with a very old encroachment of my garage on my neighbours property, a large tree that was protected in the back yard, and a character home, all bundled together in what can only be described as a challenging sale for Craig. Craig took on the sale with enthusiasm and gusto!! He worked extremely hard no matter what the challenge or roadblock presented, and at the end, after all the above, was able to find me a buyer and a price I was happy with. This is a true testament to the professionalism and endeavour Craig has, and it is for this reason I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and using him again for my next sale, or home purchase.

Selling our Home off the Market in record time
Having worked with Cayle over a number of months on the potential sale of our home, we were delighted when we finally decided to sell. Cayle had been in close communication with us with regards to a potential buyer that they thought would be ideal for our home and was looking in our area and within our budget, true to his word, after 1 open home and without having to list on Real Estate.com we had a written expression of interest that afternoon that was perfect. Thankfully with some minor negotiation we were able to avoid a prolonged campaign and open house etc, and were unconditional within the week of the offer many thanks go to Cayle and Craig who make a dynamic duo

Exceptional attention, knowledge and professionalism
