Professional pre, during and post purchase
We have found Craig Lea and his team to be professional, organised and forward thinking in their approach to property sales. They have been accommodating to our requests and have communicated well at all times. We would say that Craig has a very strong understanding of the local property market and knows what it takes to sell a property.

Very Happy!
We chose Craig after interviewing four agents and never regretted it. Despite our going onto the market at a depressed time, he and his team never lost faith in our property, and we never felt pressured to lower our expectations. Even though our sale took quite a while to eventuate,Craig and the team were ceaselessly positive and enthusiastic, finally securing a sale for us that we were very happy with. We found him to be ethical and professional at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I can not find other but laudable words for Craig. He always guided us through the sales process, but I never felt pressured to take a decision I was not a hundred percent happy with. His expertise is amazing and his calm during the proceedings of the sale is remarkable. I can only recom-mend Craig for all sellers send of properties in the nothern suburbs of Brisbane. Craig, Cayle, Maddie and the McGrath Wilston team have been nothing short of amazing in handling the SALE of our house and PURCHASE of our next property. Craig Lea and his team are great
Craig and his team were excellent from the start. He is very informed as to the area, marketing and sales strategies. He and Cayle are honest, good communicators that work hard to ensure a good outcome. A very professional, diligent and personable team that made selling that little bit less stressful. We liked that they are straight up with their expectations and don’t play the “games” we have experienced with other agents. I would recommend Craig and his team to anyone.
