Great Service
Cayle was outstanding throughout the purchase of this property. He was very responsive to all my calls and texts and followed up with any requested information. Inspections outside of set times were never an issue and he was fantastic to deal with. I was always kept up to date with all the required information and he made the purchasing experience stress free.

Great follow-up
We were very happy with both Cayle and Craig as the agents selling our house. Cayle was great at keeping in touch, keeping us up to date on any developments in relation to the sale. Cayle Blaxland was extremely helpful in assisting me purchase this property on behalf of my clients who live out of State. It was imperative that the negotiations were handled within a deadline for my clients and he was able to achieve this for us although he had to jump a few hurdles to get this done and in the end my client purchased a fantastic property at the right price. Cayle is an excellent Agent with great knowledge of the market.

Excellent Experience
My son Andrew bought his first home from Cayle and I helped him with inspections, contract and conveyancing. Having purchased 10 properties over the years I was extremely impressed with Cayle. He rightly put the interests of the seller first and did his very best by them. With us he was attentive, returning calls quickly, helpful and friendly without being over the top. The office support was also great with other staff members kept in the loop; communication with conveyancing firm was prompt and accurate; and they were very willing to help in Cayle's absence. Thanks also to Madison and Holly - the three make a great team.

Wonderful agent
Cayle looked after the sale of our house at a very difficult time. He was amazing, he helped organise quality tradesmen and his advise was invaluable . Process simplified - Great Agent
Craig did a great job of making the process of selling our Dad's home of nearly 60 years as simple as possible. He was understanding of the emotions involved and he made the challenges my brother and I presented seem insignificant. I was out of the Brisbane region during the process and my brother does not use internet or mobile phone but Craig made the whole sale process work seamlessly. He was a pleasure to work with. Pleasure to work with and great result
We chose McGrath because the agents didn't have the 'smarmy Real Estate agent' feel. They were patient during our planning phase and jumped into the fast lane when we needed our home on the market in a hurry. Craig was enthusiastic about our property, a pleasure to work with and got us a lightning fast sale at a good price. His team also included a lot of nice touches like delivering flowers when I had a baby just before settlement and mailing a copy of the marketing material when I requested it as a keepsake to remember our old home.

Excellent agent and team!
