Excellent service

The property was sold at auction after only a very short time on the market. From putting the property up for sale Christian & his staff kept us up-to-date on every step and after each open inspection. We could not fault his professionalism.

Worked very hard on our behalf.

We were very happy with the service provided by Christian and his team. As absentee vendors we depended on our agents to make sure that the selling process went smoothly, and it did indeed do so. We dealt mainly with Olivia who visited regularly, kept us informed, and negotiated sympathetically with our tenants who had not yet moved out at the time that open houses were held. All in all we were very pleased that we engaged Christian and his team.

A First Class Sales Experience

Really can’t speak highly enough of the way that Christian and his team went about selling our house. Their market knowledge was right on target and led to achieving a great sale price in a really short time. Olivia provided a great all round concierge service to take pressure off the process in having the property styled and ready for show and Alisa did great work work late into the night to secure the immediate sale. Great job and highly recommended.

Excellent service from Christian at One Agency

Christian and the team at One Agency Zeidler Waller Wollongong have just recently sold our unit. Driven and service oriented.

Christian and the team where great and organised the sale of the estate, everything from cleaning to removal of rubbish which was an awesome service. Christian was upfront and transparent throughout the whole process and made sure our expectations met market sentiment. I will use Christian and the team again for all future property transactions.
