We spent a few months trying to secure a house in Wollongong which was a bit harder than normal as two of us previously lived in the Sydney area and had to travel down for house inspections. McGrath has been a very communicative real estate that has made us tenants feel very welcome. As they have also responded very timely to our maintenance requests and easily and quickly tried their best to fix any problems we may have had when first settling in. They’ve been very professional as well, sticking to giving us pre notice when they may have needed to send in any handyman’s or a landlord visit or an upcoming inspection. We’ve received appropriate notice. They are also very open to us reaching out by email, call or in person when we are unsure of anything. I would happily rent with McGrath again!
