"Thoughtful, prompt and made moving so easy"

I’ve had a wonderful experience with McGrath and couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received so far. A special thank you to Lara, who kindly reached out to me after I was unsuccessful with one property to let me know about another upcoming property in the same area. Her thoughtfulness and initiative were greatly appreciated, and she explained everything in great detail in a very understanding and human way when collecting the keys. It was also very nice to receive a follow up call to see how I’m settling into my new home. Their app used to manage payments and maintenance requests is extremely convenient and easy to use, and I’ve received prompt responses when requested. Thank you to the team and especially Lara for making the whole moving process so quick and easy!

Lara and Victoria worked as an excellent team, providing expert knowledge on what the market was doing, and understanding the landlords wishes. Always professional, would communicate via phone call and WhatsApp to ensure I knew every step of the process and where things were up too. Everything was seamless!!!!
