We are renting from the Sash&Gable team for the second time, and again great service and pleasure to deal with all team members - Ian, Cassie and Caitlin. All our queries and concerns were addressed attentively and in the best manner, and moving house was as smooth as possible. They were able to find just a perfect house for our family and helped with application process during busy Christmas period. Always ready to run an extra mile, super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the whole team!

Very professional. Caitlin was very helpful and prompt. The day we received the keys she took her time to go through the house and made us feel like we were in good hands. We are very happy with this agency

Renting made easy

I approached Sash and Gable for a review and appraisal for our rental. We ended up having a lovely conversation. We had a pleasant surprize with the evaluation and as a consequence we had rented our home within a day of us first meeting. Since the start of the process all through to hand-over has been streamlined with good two way communication and clear planning from the assistance of the agency. I would highly recommend and will continue to lease our property through Sash and Gable Property.
