There really is only one word to describe Caitlin and that is exceptional! We moved from interstate and were not able to inspect the property in person. She organised a walk-through of the property via WhatsApp, and when we had more questions, they were addressed promptly, even to the extent of taking further photos and measurements to ensure our move was hassle free. On arrival, Caitlin greeted us in person to our new home. Service above and beyond our expectations. We found Caitlin to be genuine in nature and is a true asset of Sash & Gable Property. I found them to be very easy to deal with. Their service was outstanding and the process of renting (we are first time renter's)was not as bad as we were led to believe by friends. We have since had a plumbing issue and we had a plumber here the same day
