Clear communication and reliable

Very professional support and amazing communication

Highly recommend Gabby and Alec

Gabby, Alec and their team at McGrath were fantastic to work with. From day one they both actively managed our campaign and their team took care of every detail from start to finish no matter how big or small. Communication was constant throughout, we were actively kept up to date with open homes, inquires and progress with offers and buyers. They even assisted buyers coming from outside the area to help them understand the fantastic lifestyle on the bayside. On Auction day they managed the negotiations very well and achieved a price that we were very happy with.

Gaby’s communication was spot on from the beginning of the process, she provided clear instructions and information so nothing was missed. Gaby was always very professional in her dealings and supportive of the emotions that come with selling. Gaby had great insight into the market and what would get the best outcome. I trusted her from the beginning and she absolutely delivered! My home sold in a week which was amazing and the conditions were better than I could have imagined. Gaby negotiated well with potential buyers and was always professional in all her dealings but was also respectful and did not play games in getting an outcome which made me respect her even more.
