From even before we choose Gaby as our agent, she acted with pure professionalism. Gaby provided impartial advice around our purchase of another property that she was not the agent for and then guided us through the sale of our home. We were given advice around which repairs were more urgent and which we could leave (whilst also expecting a lower sale price should we not address them). Within a week of engaging Gaby and her team, we had a stylist out and then photos and video taken. The marketing began immediately. Gaby and her team contacted potential buyers even before we were ready for open houses and therefore interest at our first open was heated! Our eventual buyer came from that first open. Gaby looked after negotiations between us and our buyer to bring us to middle ground that was suitable to both parties and resulted in a successful exchange of contact. We were kept up to date most days from engagement until we went unconditional. In the period up to settlement they have also kept up communication. Gaby helped make an extremely stressful situation (selling a property in a tight timeframe) less stressful and achieved a suitable and quick offer and settlement.
