I have known a lot of agents but I have to say Gaby McEwan and entire team, and they certainly are a team, was exceptional. We had limited time to go to auction and in that time we had nothing but support and recommendations for the right tradespeople as backups who actually became our go to people. In 5wks leading up to the 3wks before auction. One of the most emotional and stressful times in any one's life, when future unknown. Gaby was available and I really mean available 20hrs per day 7days per week. That is no lie. She and the team assisted with backup plans and honestly, I have never known Gaby to slow down and stop, no matter where she or Rodney were. Incredible work and it was a mammoth effort to get our home ready. Gaby and the McGrath team did all they could in such a short window of time. Gaby became our rock. We laughed and no joke cried at times, venting and celebrating throughout this journey. She got us the right buyers at exactly the right time. The market is what it is, and throughout process kept keeping us grounded. It was true you can't control the market and all it takes is one genuinely interested buyer.
