In the beginning I asked questions of Greg's company and another, to compare their responses. I decided he was the one because he was true to what he said. He is passionate for both people and property and dealing with varying needs between the two parties was difficult for Greg during this sale; he gave more than his fair share of time. That being said contracts were signed within a month with a higher than the fixed sale price. He guided on how to ready the property without over capitalising. In late January, we saw a house advertised by Heard & Co Real Estate which appealed to us as our retirement house. We contacted Greg Heard and he was very prompt in arranging an inspection of the house. We were impressed with what we saw and said we were interested. On the following Saturday morning, we arranged with Greg to inspect the house again and made an offer. After some negotiation by Greg's colleague Jacob, a sale was finalised that day.
