He was extremely responsive with any queries I had, very helpful in explaining the various real estate processes as well as taking the time to show me the features of the house. After 9 months and 3 failed sales with purchasers who had no deposit, no finance organised with their bank I had had a gut full. Open days etc. Failed auction blah blah blah.
