We used McLachlan's again based on prior experience and were not disappointed. Brent and his associate Jack are true professionals in their field. They have a quiet, non-brash manner which we think adds to their credibility. They know their market, gave us good advice and personal service. We even achieved a slightly higher sale price than their earlier appraisal suggested, which was a welcome surprise and in notable contrast to being over-promised a high price by an agent keen to sign you up. Overall, a very satisfactory experience delivered by nice people.

We, Ros & Ken, selected Michael to market and sell our property at Blue Bay/Toowoon Bay NSW. The nature of the property was that it was at the middle/top end of the market and that a quick sale was unlikely. While the property was on the market for a total of about 8 months, the concentrated marketing was over a period of 3 months - during which time it was sold. This met expectations. The outcome was very good for us because: 1. Our target price was achieved - and was above the 'assessed value'. A contributing factor was his negotiating skills during the the price haggling process. 2. The cost of marketing was very satisfactory and WELL below our expectations. 3. Our relationship with Michael was cordial throughout the process - despite the recognized stressful experience of property exchange. On a personal note, we would like to emphasize Michael's amiable nature which smoothed over difficulties as they arose. We would approach Michael again when looking to invest in the NSW Central Coast. Ken & Ros L
