Suzanne Kenny did an excellent job is selling my elderly parents' home in Bateau Bay recently. She listened carefully to my father's requirements, and went out of her way to assist with his concerns, and ensure the process did not upset my mother who is ill. She ensured that the house looked great in photos, but without putting unrealistic expectations on its preparation for sale. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and the sale went almost exactly as she predicted. Suzanne established great relationships with interested parties, and ensured a suitable sale occurred quickly. Suzanne kept us informed at all times and was both positive and empathetic in all her dealings with us.

Brent exceeded expectations with our journey to buying our home. We had dealt with Brent a few times prior to finding the place that fit us. We were contacted about the house we bought by Brent's agency as it fit our search criteria - a truly personalised service. During our initial inspection, he was honest and upfront right from the start and followed up almost immediately. The negotiation phase was quick, pain free and incredibly transparent. Brent was quick in communicating with us about seller's expectations and our advocate in counter-offers. Even though an agent's job is to work for the seller, we honestly felt as though Brent was working for us.
