Michael was wonderful. Very friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. I had been searching for a property on the Central coast for over a year. initially for properties in much higher price brackets. My experiences with other agents ranged from helpful to downright being ignored, despite always having my finances ready to go. In the end, I had almost given up, but accidentally stumbled on the property I bought, which had just been listed. I called Michael out of the blue...he arranged a private inspection immediately. Then another 2 days later so my partner could see it. He was great at making us feel welcome, available for all and any questions, without predictable selling pressure techniques.
