I would highly recommend the McNeil Real Estate Agency. My wife and I decided to downsize and spotted a house we liked on the internet, we went to an open day and this is where we first met Janet and David from the agency, they took the time to not only take us around the property they also explained the buying and selling process and shortly after became the agents who sold our property. Throughout the whole process thing were clearly explained to us and not being originally from Melbourne this was very important to us. Janet and David also went the extra mile to explain the best ways to offer on and realise our goal of successfully attaining our next property. What I really liked about working with this agency is the way they kept us informed throughout the whole process thus getting the feeling that we are valuable clients rather than just a number. The personalised service we received from them being a boutique agency rather than a corporate was very evident, this can be demonstrated in that we were abroad for a long period of time during the sales cycle and Janet and David took the time to undertake meetings at a very unsociable times late in the evening for them due to the time zone differences and this was never raised as an issue. I feel the real test when experiencing customer service is would you return and give repeat business? Without hesitation next time I am buying or selling, I will be contacting Janet and David.
