Purchaser of a property
Kim was extremely professional in her interactions with me. Very patient, allowing a number of inspections (outside of the scheduled ones), followed up on all my questions, requests for clarification re the contract and was very respectful of my personal situation. At the same time, I felt that Kim acted extremely well in the interests of her clients, the vendors, and would recommend her to any of my family and friends who require real estate services as a purchaser or vendor. Kim’s staff are, like her, very professional, respectful, warm and kind.

Professional and honest!
First time dealing with Kim, and she was absolutely fantastic. Due to Melbourne being in lockdown, Kim offered to take us around the property virtually. We put in an offer the next day. She was friendly, professional and honest. She also was respectful of our limit and did not try to push us beyond it. Knew the Daylesford market exceptionally well. Knows who the target buyer is, & what they are prepared to pay. Communication on the process, through lockdowns, was very good. Gave a very fair, well informed appraisal of the property & then looked to work out how to over deliver on that.
