I recently had the pleasure of working with Kim at McQueen Real Estate, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her outstanding service. From our first meeting, it was evident that Kim and her team are not only incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market but also genuinely care about her clients. Throughout the entire process of selling my home, Kim was highly professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs. She took the time to understand my preferences and provided valuable insights that helped me navigate the complexities of the market. Kim, Ashleigh, Casey, Steph & Peter are an awesome team, they never gave up, were always so positive, pivoted and scrambled when needed, great communication and I’m just so impressed with them all. As a retired licensed agent myself, I know I can be difficult and demanding but you all were so professional, nothing was ever too much trouble and you made this very long sales process ok and for that I’m lost for words as to how appreciative and happy that we choose such a wonderful team to sell our most prized assets. You guys rock!!! Thank you all so very very much. I would highly encourage any vendor to engage with this high performance team and for any purchaser to place their trust in such an honest and reputable sales team - they're number one focus is on matching buyers with sellers and are not distracted by rentals and property management which keeps this team razor focused on matching these relationships and achieving mutually winning outcomes.

Even when there has been a downturn in the property market , Kim and her team were able to find real buyers and went over and above to make inspections work, either scheduled or privately. Very professional, honest, supportive and really tried their hardest. It definitely was the McQueen dream team! Thanks guys!!!!!!

I make the following comments as one who has been in the Melbourne real estate industry since 1964. Kim McQueen and her entire team excelled, and went over and above the normally expected service in the sale of my farm at Porcupine Ridge. Although the sales period boarded on being 6 months, Kim was diligent with her efforts and methodology in achieving an excellent result under very difficult market conditions. Kim has a wonderful positive and upbeat attitude which resonates with both the seller and the buyer. I would not consider any other agent to handle my business in this region. David McRae
