My husband and I recently were introduced to Brooke when she was the listing agent on the home we purchased. Right from our very first interaction, until now (a few days out from settlement). Brooke has been beyond lovely and accommodating to our requests or offering advice and support during an incredibly stressful time, made even more stressful by the lockdown. We have leaned on Brooke to show us through the home via a virtual tour, she has liased between us, our solicitor, the owner and organised anything that needed fixing. She was also willing to meet our removalists and let them in whilst we were arranging to travel up, going far beyond what was required of her. A gesture that truely blew us away.
