It was a difficult sale, because the property had multiple owners, and the Public Trustee was representing a deceased estate. The Public Trustee had many requests which delayed settlement of sale quickly, however throughout the lengthy process, Meagan acted professionally, calmly and attended to details and requests between different parties quickly and efficiently. I would like to personally thank Meagan Read for all the assistance she gave during the recent purchase of my house. I initially thought it would be a very straightforward process but there were a few challenges to negotiate to ensure the house settled on time. It was an incredibly stressful time for me as I was also undertaking a major project deadline at work so knowing that I had someone like Meagan working behind the scenes was very reassuring. Meagan spoke very warmly about the tenants that were already in place, which helped us make our final decision to purchase this property as an investment. We were very happy with our experience with Megan, Her knowledge of the market at the time of our sale was excellent, we listed on a Thursday had an open house on the Saturday and a contract signed on the following Monday.
