I would like to personally thank Meagan Read for all the assistance she gave during the recent purchase of my house. I initially thought it would be a very straightforward process but there were a few challenges to negotiate to ensure the house settled on time. It was an incredibly stressful time for me as I was also undertaking a major project deadline at work so knowing that I had someone like Meagan working behind the scenes was very reassuring. Meagan was always very professional and timely in her communications. In addition, she was always very patient when I had questions and our shared sense of humour (during sometimes difficult discussions) helped enormously. Meagan is obviously passionate about property and people which shows through the genuine interactions she has with her clients and the outcomes achieved. Meagan spoke very warmly about the tenants that were already in place, which helped us make our final decision to purchase this property as an investment. We also spoke about other properties in the area at the contract signing, which we found very informative and should we be in the marketplace again we would certainly be knocking on Meagan’s door.
