Number 35 John Collins was the first property we inspected upon arrival in Queensland from Canberra and despite signs that the grounds and out buildings were in need of some serious attention we felt the house had a good feel about it but felt that it would be well above the budget we had set. On the Monday after the inspection Meagan contacted us for feed back stating that our price expectations may have been higher than we anticipated and that we should make an offer, which we did. I believe Meagan was under pressure from the vendors to obtain a much higher price, but as they needed a quick settlement Meagan advised them that this was our final offer which they eventually accepted. During the next few weeks we liaised regularly with Meagan and the vendors re inspections and received great advice regarding conveyancing and the post sales process. In summary the experience was pleasant and seamless thanks to Meagan who we would happily recommend to anyone contemplating buying or selling in the greater Jimboomba district.
