We initially signed with Merc bc of Mechlenne's tenacity and go-get it attitude. Plus we knew her results spoke for themselves. Her communication was great and very direct which we liked. From the outset she told us her plan, and she made sure she executed it to perfection. Mech was always punctual, impeccably presented, and walked the talk. She was available to us 24/7 on the phone and even though our auction didn't go to plan she worked her butt off to get us a signed contract at 11.40pm the same night. Could not recommend Mechlenne anymore highly, deserves her reputation as 'the best in the Hills' ..... she is truly a credit to her industry. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.......
