I feel so privileged for the opportunity of leaving a review about my agent, James Holvander from Meridien Realty. If you are reading this and thinking about selling, you will not find a more professional, personable, caring, hard working & honest man to walk you through the process. I met James 3 years ago when I contacted him for a valuation of my deceased mothers estate. I ended up buying instead of selling, yet James still kept in regular contact with me via email & chatting outside my home whenever he was walking by. In 2022 I decided on a sea change, so started renovations on my property to sell. James was my choice because he has a strong knowledge of the financial market & real estate sales in the Rouse Hill area. Unfortunately the Reno’s took months longer than they should have, yet James was extremely patient throughout the process. My home finally had its first open house Saturday 3rd June, it sold within a week and James was able to negotiate a sales record price for Rouse Hill.
