I am a passionate Albany local of 37 years being born & bred in this beautiful city. My parents built a successful business in town which they operated for more than 25 years. After completing school in Albany, I worked for a national retailer before moving into the banking industry. After 10 years in customer service & banking, I was ready for a new challenge and wanted an outlet to further develop my customer relationship skills. Making the move to Merrifield Real Estate at the start of 2016 was the best career decision I have made & I now have over 15 years of Banking & Real Estate experience to bring to the table. My goal when I come to work each day is to give my customers the best possible service. I get enjoyment & satisfaction out of helping people which gives me my enthusiasm and passion for the industry. Since beginning my real estate career, I have been honoured to receive seven awards. In July 2017 I was awarded “Top Listing Rookie WA” by REIWA. I was then awarded “Agent of the Year” for Bayonet Head by RateMyAgent in 2020, & “Agent of the Year” for the Albany Region by RateMyAgent 6 years in a row (2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, & 2018). On a personal note, outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son Charlie, usually at the beach or kicking a ball. In 2017/18 I completed a 12-month renovation of the inside of my home which has certainly opened my eyes to the obstacles of home renovation. In 2020 my fully insulated and lined shed was completed, & now, the external renovations and landscaping is almost complete. I believe that this ongoing experience is invaluable to not only my career, but also my life & is something I will never forget. My Real Estate career began in 2003 and at the age of 41 I am one of the youngest owners of a Real Estate firm in the region. The son of a successful Albany businessman – I have an appetite for success and hard work. I am involved in a many community organisations such as The Albany Community Foundation, Albany Community Bank, Manypeaks Cricket Club, mentoring programs along with business networking groups and continue to build relationships with many prominent business people while also giving something back to the people that helped me get to where I am today. I provide expert knowledge and service to all clients and work hard towards achieving positive results for them. I specialise in residential house and land sales, investment properties, developments, farmlets and residential sub-division. My achievements and results speak for themselves and I know my experience, professionalism, energy and enthusiasm will benefit all clients.
