Patrick is a rare find - as genuine as they come. He was professional, committed and extremely supportive to our family through the whole process. We never felt coerced or pressured by him - no shifty smooth-talking sales pitches. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Our experience was during a declining market, a very stressful time and Regina Atkinson was always realistic in her approach to selling our parents home . Looking back I can confidently say , her predictions, estimates and her timely advice was very accurate, it’s clear she has a wealth of experience in real estate . In every step of the process , Regina was respectful of our wishes , and tried to accommodate our needs in every way . She displayed empathy and kindness and still managed to achieve our top asking price . A true professional!
