Throughout my journey in search of Property, I have come across 3 or 4 agencies where agents played a lot of games in increasing the sale price. Patrick is straightforward, cleared my doubts on time, and helped me in getting various benefits/concessions available as an FHB. If I were to buy a property, I would go with Patrick.

Patrick is a wonderful real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge who guided me through both buying and selling property. He is friendly, a great communicator and really makes an effort to get to know you, your family and your property. Buying and selling during lockdown is challenging but I felt like I was in good hands with Patrick. He kept me in the loop, was always available to answer any of my questions and made the process of buying and selling very smooth.

We highly recommend Michael when doing a purchase or sale of your property. Michael takes a lot time and patience to get to know his clients and has a very calm, friendly approach. This is very important when dealing with what can be a stressful situation for clients. Michael’s knowledge in real estate is very broad and communicates with you on a level that is easy to understand.

Patrick was very patient and helpful throughout my purchase. I've just bought an off-the-plan property and had presented some issues when it was building . As a professional real estate agent, Patrick has been working hard and help me communicate effectively with the vendor. Without his help, I would not have been so smooth in the purchase process. Thank you and highly recommend !

Greg was wonderful to deal with when selling our parents deceased estate home. He was always available and approachable for my sister and myself in the process. Very knowledgeable on market values and approach to sell from a genuine place. We have dealt with Greg numerous times selling and buying and wouldn't hesitate recommending him highly to anyone.

Regina was great in having our property listed at a time when Covid was serious in Melbourne. She achieved a great result for us and in only a couple of weeks. The Professionals have a great marketing plan that includes realestate.com.au and facebook to allow wide coverage for potential buyers. We are happy with the results.

Thanks Justin for the service you provided with our recent purchase. Your communication was terrific and you always responded in a timely manner when I contacted you. I would certainly recommend Justin as my sales agent in the future.
Justin Ross
Justin Ross is an absolute professional who does his job very well. He had stayed in contact with us over years, waiting for us to be ready to move and has always been polite and thoughtful to our situation. When we were in a position to sell, he was always available to answer our questions and provide prompt responses without any pressure. We did appreciate his knowledge and understanding of the market, and that provided us with great confidence through the selling experience. With the support from all the team at Methan, from photography, videos, dressing of the house, we sold quickly well above the expected price. After the sale, the concierge and office staff have continued our very positive experience.
