If there is someone you want to trust in buying or selling your property with it is certainly Justin. I've done both with him and find he is the agent I will keep doing business with. His knowledge is vast and his friendly demeanor makes me want to keep using his services.

We found Justin Ross and the team at Methven fantastic to deal with. I could not recommend the Professionals highly enough. Their care and attention to detail made the sale of our parent’s home a smooth and stress-free experience. Every promise made by Justin was delivered and his communication was first rate! A+++

The sale of my property came at a difficult time both personally and in terms of the downturn in the market. Justin was privvy to confidential information and I found him to be totally trustworthy and respectful. He provided sound professional advice and a well informed reality check regarding the trend in property values at the time. His calm, considered, positive manner instilled confidence. He listened, was flexible and represented my interests throughout the 2 month sales process. Justin demonstrated a capacity to empathise with my difficult personal circumstances, provide support to me as well as getting the job done. He sold my house.

We approached Justin and his team at The Professionals early on in the buying/selling process, they assisted us in the purchase of a property and the sale of our current property as well. Justin is very charismatic and outgoing in his approach to Real Estate which made the whole journey a breeze, coupled with excellent knowledge of the Yarra Valley and Maroondah regions we honestly cannot recommend Justin and his team enough for buying or selling property in future. Many Thanks Justin and team, -Dale & Kellie

Our experience with Regina was absolute first class. She was honest throughout the process and communicated expectations and the progress with us the whole way through. We sold in a tough market and we still walk away happy. Nothing was ever too much for Regina and her team, they were always willing to help. If it came to selling our house again (hopefully not for a while), we would have no hesitation getting Regina to handle the process.

This was the second time around I have used Greg and his team, I can’t give enough praise as they are always professional, easy to work with and helpful. If I ever need another property sold I will be contacting Greg.

We have sold two house's with Greg and on both occasions he has absolutely exceeded our expectations. We sold both houses in under two weeks. Greg takes the time to plan out every detail from strategic pricing, simple ideas to make spaces feel more inviting to his incredible personal skills. My husband and I always recommend Greg and The Professionals to everyone we speak to. If we ever sell again - we will be going straight to Greg and the team.

We were selling a property for an estate, We contacted Methvens for a valuation, And from the time Greg came to our home he showed empathy to our situation and was professional in every sense of the word, We were kept up to date with every aspect of the sale not only from Greg but also from Tory, and the rest of the team, They always called to tell us they had an inspection booked, they arrived on time, and they always rang to give us feedback from either the booked inspection or from an open for inspection, We cannot thank them enough, And would highly recommended Methvens Mooroolbark if you are in the market to buy or sell.
