I have used Patrick for the sale of 2 houses and the purchase of 2 houses and would not consider using another agent . Patrick is not only a exceptional agent and person but a true professional and has a passion and commitment for his chosen career.

I could not fault the service you provided in respect to the sale of 42 Murray Road , Croydon. The recommendations in respect to presentation (Robyn) of the interior, sale by private offer over auction and the inclusion of the total team at the Professionals could not be questioned hence proved to be a win win for all parties. The constant feedback from when we engaged the Professionals to now post sale has been exceptional and very much appreciated and indicates to me the professionalism of all at your organisation. From the family thank you Matt and all at the Professionals for your assistance, I would not hesitate in recommending your organisation to anyone buying/selling a property.
