A legend in handling Sydney CBD properties 👍

I've had the second opportunity to deal with John. Being a real-estate investor isn't easy, and this is the second time I'm dealing with John. It's been an absolute smooth run on this one, I can say. Most properties in Sydney CBD, especially apartments come with their gotchas and moments, but John and his team were absolutely transparent, and helped my team throughout the journey. Valued Adviser

Over the last six months we have been in search of quality apartments, in the Sydney CBD. During that time, John had a number of quality properties on his book. He provided access to these apartments and kept us informed on where the market was and what each Vendor was in terms of their sales process. Tom was incredibly responsive and flexible to my needs when I was inspecting a property. As a purchaser you did what I expected him to do which was negotiate a higher amount but he did it respect respectfully and professionally - anything else would’ve turned me away. We ran into a few few hiccups but he was patient and worked through them with me.
