He has a good, attentive manner, is reassuring, gives good advice. And he listens too! No high pressure, no slick “agent speak”. The whole team at Metro were pretty impressive too. The the timing when we put our property on the market demanded an agent with experience in a down market. We shifted our asking price and ended up securing a very fair sale.
