Michael was the sales agent and I was the buyer. He was very knowledgeable and accomodating. What I appreciated most of all was his realism. He didn't quote some stupid low price guide just to get me interested and at the auction. Many agents do this and I hate it. Michael does not. Michael negotiated very hard for his vendor, which didn't suit me of course. But that's his job and he is a real professional.
