Pete is very knowledgeable on the property market for Zetland and surround areas. He guided me through the process of sale: first deciding to sell or lease the property, and then eventually going through the sale path that I was comfortable with (first off market, tips for showing the property as I didn't want to stage or move out, etc). Once on market, the property was sold in less than 3 weeks. I'm very happy with the outcome.
