Susie was a pleasure to deal with from the get go. She is super responsive, gave us excellent advice and helped us through the whole sale process - from assisting with tenant vacation, obtaining quotes for and organising painting and flooring in preparation for sale and most importantly successfully sourcing a purchaser - all within 2 weeks of our tenant vacating!
