I recently worked with Ardie Lee during the process of purchasing an apartment in Wolli Creek, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with his service so far. Ardie has been incredibly responsive and attentive, always answering our queries promptly and ensuring we’re well-informed at every step. Even though we haven’t reached final settlement yet, Ardie’s professionalism and commitment to making this process smooth have been evident from the beginning. His approachable nature and market expertise have made this experience much less stressful for us as first home buyers. I highly recommend Ardie Lee to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property agent.

From the first meeting, David and his team have been professional and clearly communicated how they would acheive the best result for our property. They actively worked with us to ensure our property was presented and positioned well in the market, and kept us informed throughout the sales process. We are satisifed with the price acheived and short time it took to close the sale. Will be recommending David to others.

Great job from start to finish - helped to coordinate maintenance, new flooring, painting, cleaning, styling and ran a short and sharp off market campaign that resulted in a great price and short settlement period. Highly recommend for Mascot and surrounds!

Peter was a pleasure to work with. Despite being interstate, we never had to worry or even lift a finger as he handled every detail from start to finish. His punctuality, professionalism, and patience were impressive, especially during a slow market. Peter offered thoughtful recommendations without pressure, making the entire process much smoother. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work and reliability during what could have been a stressful experience.

I came to David's team to sell my property this time because I had interactions with him during my buying process many years back, which left a positive lasting impression on both my wife and I. David's team is a well oiled machine, no doubt one of the best in the suburb who are all about efficiency and results. David is very response and always calls back, which is key for any anxious seller who wants updates on the sale. David is a great negotiator and can pull together a deal regardless the difficulty of the sale. I would highly recommend David's team and would trust him with the sale of my property again in the future.

From the onset I knew that David from MGM Martin was going to be agent to find the perfect apartment for myself and my partner. After what felt like years of attending open homes, the back and forth between different agents and just missing out a numerous number of times, David's approach was different. He was straight to the point, was quick with his replies and would always make himself available for private inspections. David's confidence with the market and local knowledge truly made the process of our first purchase a breeze. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is wanting to get into the market, upsize or downsize! Thank you David!

Susie is probably one of the best if not the best selling agent in Mascot. I have used Susie multiple times to sell my properties and every time she has achieved higher than expected sales.
