Excellent Results
Over the past ten years David and his team have worked with me to both buy and sell several properties. He has never disappointed with any aspect of either the buying or the selling process. Results have been better than I would have expected and always delivered within the time frame promised. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending David and his team to either buyers or sellers of property.

Professional Quality Team
Never an easy process selling a property but the MGM Martin Team did a great job in allaying my concerns. A positive outcome was achieved in a quick time and made all the better by professional and personable sales staff. So easy to talk things over with. Lukas provided excellent advice and was ably assisted by Jessica who ensured a smooth inspection process. David is lucky to have such great staff.

Peter achieved a great sale price!
Peter did a fantastic job selling the apartment for us. He achieved a great sale price in a cooling market. I found him very genuine and trustworthy agent who kept us well informed through out the whole process. I am highly recommended him to anyone who consider selling or buying the property.

Fabulous Results
Susie was so incredibly professional, organised and attentive right from the start. Susie took the time to learn not just about the property, but also our situation, our motives for selling and the bigger picture.
