Susie is NOT all talk with no action or results like other agents. She is honest, gets straight to the point and gets you results. Even during COVID, she has sold two of our properties. She is always punctual, updates you regularly and automatically without needed to be asked. Just as you expect from a reliable and professional agent, which can be hard to come by these days unfortunately. Susie walks the talk. She is transparent with you so you can be transparent with her. You don't need play mind games like other agents. Susie is backed by MGM Martin's great team and processes to give you the best chance of selling at the price you want. All the little details matter (signs around the area, directions to buzz and locate the property etc etc). They make it a great experience for both you as the vendor and the buyer. She knows the area and buildings very well. Dealing with Susie has been a breeze, cannot recommend her enough. If you're thinking of selling, look no further. Just do it, hire Susie and you won't be disappointed.

No need to play mind games or feel like you are being schemed against like other real estate agents. Susie is super reliable and updates you at the right times just as you would expect. No need to chase her for updates or feel like you are kept in the dark. As mentioned before, just her the price and she will get it done. It has been a very pleasant journey with Susie and super happy to have sold off market pretty quickly. There are a lot of little details she raises attention to and I feel they all add up bit by bit. Susie is a problem solver for both parties to get the deal done. Goes above and beyond. Only regret is not going with Susie sooner!
