Marlene Sieira was our Property Manager for 7 years. Marlene was professional, genuine, friendly, sincere and attentive. Her communication skills were of the highest calibre especially when there were any issues with the property, Marlene was straight onto it, going to the next level, providing guidance, solutions and an approximate price. Marlene provided exceptional support as the property manager for our investment, so when we decided to sell, it was a no brainer that Marlene would be the perfect fit as she is incredibly hard working who only wants the best for her clients. Marlene knows the market very well and provided best options with regards to marketing the property.
