Excellent agent

I met Michael Potter in late August when I needed to sell my father’s home at short notice to pay for him to enter aged care. Michael was excellent from the outset. He explained his strategy and how he would approach the sale and did everything possible to achieve a fantastic result for me. The final price was much, much more than I thought my father’s place would be worth. There was nothing wrong with my father’s home but everything Michael did contributed to an excellent result. He organised property styling, gardening, minor repairs and decorative touch-ups. And he always explained, very clearly, why he was recommending things. In addition to the work on the property, he also worked very effectively with my solicitor when there were a couple of administrative hiccoughs. I felt quite intimidated by the thought of having to sell a property and the need to get a price that enabled my father’s move to aged care to go smoothly. Michael has excellent program management, organisation and negotiation skills. He is also very diplomatic and I could not be happier with the result.
