Took care of everything and had no issue chasing up any requests we had.

Local knowledge of the market and had a list of people to call as soon as it was listed. Without a doubt the property sold quickly because of the proactive response and commitment that was shown toward our property sale. All of Michael Robinsons staff that were involved were friendly and helpful and had everything organised prior to our first meeting. It turned out to be an easy choice choosing this real estate agent and one we would make again.

A Fantastic Result and Experience

Excellant communicator with never say die attitude, well done.

Michelle showed great resourcefulness through the sale process. There were several hurdles to be negotiated because of purchasers not being prepared and not funded. There were solicitors, who quite frankly showed no awareness of the real world, that Michelle had to coax through the process of preparing the contracts. At times, when the frustration was being all consuming, she showed how professional negotiators should manage their clients expectations for favorable outcomes. A job well done. My wife and I, thoroughly recommend Michelle for your real estate needs.
