Michelle supported us throughout the process of selling our property. Nothing was ever to much trouble and her communication was perfect in that we received regular updates from her.

Local knowledge of the market and had a list of people to call as soon as it was listed. Without a doubt the property sold quickly because of the proactive response and commitment that was shown toward our property sale. All of Michael Robinsons staff that were involved were friendly and helpful and had everything organised prior to our first meeting. It turned out to be an easy choice choosing this real estate agent and one we would make again.

There were solicitors, who quite frankly showed no awareness of the real world, that Michelle had to coax through the process of preparing the contracts. At times, when the frustration was being all consuming, she showed how professional negotiators should manage their clients expectations for favorable outcomes. A job well done.
