We found Michelle excellent to deal with, whilst we weren’t 100% committed to selling, Michelle with her knowledge & understanding of the current market found us a buyer for our asking price. She has always kept us up to date & informed & we look forward to final Settlement

We were very lucky to have secured the services of Michelle Cheney from Michael Robinson Real Estate. Her approach was always professional and considered. No hysterics nor BS! It was a very big thing for us to put our family home on the market and she made us feel at ease and that our interests were hers. While our house took a little longer than some others in our town, mostly because of its size, she didn't give up. She kept working until she found the right couple to love our home as much as we have. We are very thankful to have had Michelle on our team and wish her all the success in the future.

Throughout the whole selling experience was a thorough professional giving me constant updates as to the status of my property. She took a special interest in me helping to sell some of my items that were not accompanying me in the move. Her kind generous nature helped make this stressful time much easier to cope with. I would recommend her highly!!
