Professional who always keep you in the loop
Michael has been brilliant in assisting me with the sale of this property. Despite the COVID situation and being interstate, he never fails to provide any update and is conscientious in his efforts to help secure a buyer for the sale of this property. Highly recommended!

We have used Michael Kris realestate for the last 7 yrs to manage our rental property at Salisbury. Their service was excellent. When we decided to sell we instructed Michael as our sole agent. Michael was a true professional and kept us informed every step of the way. He would ring almost immediately after every open inspection to discuss the outcome. Selling our property was problematic as it was tenanted. Michael negotiated with tenant and secured an early release enabling the sale to take place. The property sole in a relatively short space of time. A very genuine and professional realtor who always had our best interests at heart. Highly recommended

Michael goes above and beyond!
Michael truly was the best possible agent we could’ve dealt with for our interstate purchase of a home in Henley Beach South. We will always appreciate his patience, kindness, honesty and knowledge with our purchase. He liaised brilliantly between the builder/owner and ourselves, which made our move through covid times, so much less stressful. We would highly recommend Michael and his business to all.

Lovely and professional

Extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs
We bought our property sight unseen during Covid and Kris was very accommodating towards our needs, providing photos and videos as requested along with a lengthy inspection / FaceTime with a friend of ours in the area. Nothing was too hard.
