Jen is an absolute gun!!! I made the best decision in appointing her as my agent. She is most pleasant to deal with, highly professional, very knowledgeable of the CBD market and trustworthy. She went above and beyond to achieve a sale outcome (within 3 weeks of listing) on terms most pleasing to me. She is highly recommended. Thank you so much Jen and MICM.

Jen is the reason I could find and buy my first apartment ever. She understood what I was looking for and my timing. She also helped negotiate with the seller in order to find the final agreement She knows what she is doing and she is knowledgeable about the market. More importantly - despite her profession requires acting in the best interest of the sellers - she proves to be caring about the buyers too I'm sure that if I will need again anything else real estate she will be my starting point
