I have dealt with Faith when I was trying to sell my property and I have to say, it has been such a pleasant journey throughout the whole process. Faith was always very tentative, had lots of advice and information which was super helpful and most importantly she made things so easy for me. There was a small hiccup on my part (nothing to do with Faith) and she has been nothing but helpful and to be honest, she went above and beyond. I wasn't expecting my property to sell so quickly but with her hard work, not only I have sold my place, it was settled in 2 weeks. Qiao is well-informed about the housing market. She knows how to navigate her way around avoiding the dangers where other people in similar positions are not so knowledgeable and fall into the traps that are scattered throughout the housing market landscape. She did not make any unrealistic claims or expectations and she has always told me what she thought honestly about the market. She communicates with me very often and always updates me on any new information that comes her way.
