She was very clear on communicating the expectations and when there were offers below the expected range, she gave good advice on whether to accept such offers or not but still left the decision to me. She also provided regular updates on the progress of the various viewers and potential bidders. I would go back to Qiao if I were to transact another property in Melbourne again.
