A wonder woman

I am a young professional who is very grateful to have the opportunity of stepping into property. Not without its perks, lack of real estate knowledge. Meet Jen. A young lady with commitment and passion at what she does. Allow me to describe her in a few words. “All-rounder” - She helped me with every single aspect of the property sales. Timelines, costs, renovation ideas, renovation works, marketing, advertising, inspections, auctions, documents, reports, consolidations. Each of these are a dedicated field of work. Truly, a woman of wonder. “Tactical” - Often my doubts were quickly dispelled with her quick wits and strategies. She put my interests at best, and put forward feasible, cost-effective solutions. Where decisions need to be made, she presented clear options. “Mentor” - Patience is a virtue, really reflects what I saw in this lady. She would take the time, and repeat what I missed to understand. I learned a lot from her. “Thorough” - Jen kept me up-to-date for every single open inspections, enquiries, renovation works, online advertising summary, and more. All these, and I didn’t have to personally request for it. She actively reached out to me. “Modern” - I am totally sold when Jen mentioned about making a Video ads to me. That’s a big factor why I was interested in working with her, and oh boy, did she delivers! The product was fantastic, and I have saved a copy to see the beautiful presentation a thousand more times.
