Great market knowledge. Excellent communicator. Great professional.

Jeffry knew everything about the building, even more than I did, which helped him to market the property more easily and attract the right buyers. As a result, the property was sold in record time (after a couple of open homes). He is also an excellent communicator. Regardless of the time of day you ask the question, he responds almost immediately. During the negotiation process, he remained in constant contact with me, providing concise and accurate updates. He also masterfully coordinated correspondence with my solicitor. Jeffry is a great professional in every aspect of his business.
