I feel very blessed to have been introduced to Mike and his company. I moved to NZ leaving the sale of my property and all it entailed in the capable hands of Mike and his team. The garden was cleared and made beautuful, my house was cleaned to a 5-star quality, and for me it was completely stress free. The price I received was better than I expected. Having had experience with Mike with a previous sale we naturally contacted him again as we planned to downsize and move to a retirement facility. Mike and his team members were efficient, helpful and cooperative. They suggested actions we could take that undoubtedly increased the sale value of the property. The house sold within three days of the first open house. He kept us informed of progress with negotiations and the interest shown by potential purchasers. Terri and I listened very carefully to the advice given by Mike in preparing our home for sale and were very happy with the outcome. I had already begun two years earlier to make good features out of any bad features in the home but mike and his team just added that edge of professionalism to everything they contributed. We finished up selling on the first open for inspection. Elain was a wonderful support at the mike Brown office and just gave that womens perspective. John was also a very solid contributor.
