I would recommend Mike T for selling your house. I don't know how he does it but works his magic. Couldn't believe how quickly he sold our house and most of all got over 10% more then the asking price. What an achievement! He has the gift and the gold class for selling houses.. Mike T's personalised gold class service is exactly what we needed when we were selling our property. He took control of the sales process and made everything very easy. He put in way more effort and kept us more informed than any other agents we have dealt with in the past. He said he would get us the best price and he did just that. He even had an offer on the table before the property was advertised for sale. Most agents would stop there but Mike worked hard and used his negotiation skills to get the BEST price which was above our expectations. He did not push us to pay for unnecessary additional marketing but recommended sensible options personalised to the property. He kept the process moving even going out of his way to organise trades to give quotes in order to help get the contracts exchanged. Mike assisted us with the purchase of land out of area. At all times his manner was exceptional, he was an excellent buffer and go-between to broker the sale between us and the vendor. He was patient, and did not apply unnecessary pressure or unrealistic time constraints while still communicating promptly and indicating that the vendor required action.
